The Dark Knight

Fantastic movie!

Harvey Dent was by far my favorite character in the film. Aaron Eckhart did a brilliant job of portraying the character. He really made me care about what was going to happen to Harvey.

Heath Ledger's Joker is... well... AMAZING! I will never look at a pencil the same way again.

Gary Oldman has become one of my favorite actors and he is amazing as Jim Gordan.

Christian Bale embodies Bruce/Batman.

Overall this movie will stand as one of my all time favorites.

GTA4 & Rockband

I recently acquired both GTA4 and Rockband. I had played Rockband before and I really love the game, its so much fun to get together with a group of people and just play.

GTA4 has also been fantastic! I know its full of violence and I'm personally not interested in the sexual content, but the game is fun. I am easily bored with the linear video games where you go from point A to point B and then the game ends. I love the freedom of choosing who I visit and also the social options.

How does anyone afford to drive?

Seriously! How do any of us afford to keep a decent vehicle on the road on a normal income?

Car Payment: $350 /month
Car Insurance: $150 /month
Gasoline: $250 /month

Oil Change & Tire Rotation: $60 every 3 months

Plus maintainence costs, etc.....

Times are tough all over

I hate being broke!

My paychecks use to go a lot further than they do now. Its partially my fault, adding a few new bills on doesn't help keep the cash in my bank account. But its not all me. Things are getting crazy expensive.

I know I'm not alone when I have to think twice about where I'm going to drive my car because of the cost of gas. I find myself grouping activities together to get the most out of my driving trips. I'm lucky because I can actually walk to and from work everyday. I don't know how I would afford it otherwise.

Some days I just wish I wasn't living paycheck to paycheck. I'll just have to try and make my check stretch a bit further.
